Bath/toilet ceiling leakages again-Singapore HDB apartments

I am showing to you what I saw.

Notification leakages show up around my bath/toilet ceiling pipelines.

Such leakages calls for the upstairs device to re-waterproof their commode flooring, like I have re-waterproof mine to quit leakages to the reduced device.

Re-waterproof the commode flooring by hacking ceramic tiles, commode dish as well as all is pricey, untidy, messy, loud etc

As well as reached divide the expense with the upstairs device once again (this is second time)… 🙁
